Breaking the Silence immediately separated themselves from the underground through an undying work ethic and undeniable live performance. Their debut album, "Stand" was produced by Travis Wyrick (P.O.D., Pillar, 10 Years). The album immediately caught the attention of many record labels and thus began the buzz. When added with their solid live show and unyielding mission to touch lives, BREAKING THE SILENCE proved to be more than just another run of the mill rock band. After being courted by several labels, BREAKING THE SILENCE decided to call Tooth and Nail Records home. They felt the staff at T&N understood their vision and knew it was the best fit for them. The group will enter the studio this spring with legendary producer Toby Wright (Korn, Alice In Chains, 3 Doors Down) to record their Tooth and Nail debut, which is tentatively set for a late summer/ early fall release.
Sarah Anthony (vocals) further describes the band's excitement over the new deal: "We're very excited to join such a historic roster alongside so many great bands. The Tooth and Nail Family is extremely hard working and dedicated to supporting the goals we've set as a band. They have a solid understanding of the direction we're looking to take this band and we feel honored to team up with them."
Expect the boundaries of conventionality to be shattered in 2009 with this dynamic release.
