Jona Bechtolt's YACHT is pretty much known for pop-oriented, instrumental goofball-ery, but the new YACHT includes a new member (Claire Evans), and is on a new label (DFA). Bechtolt recorded the funk-filled "Summer Song," and YACHT was subsequently signed to DFA records. Considering that label's resources and the slick, aerodynamic disco and dance-punk outfits which mainly make up its roster, where See Mystery Lights, the group's first DFA release, takes YACHT, is the subject of some anticipation.
