　　Bring Me the Horizon是一支来自英国Sheffield，Yorkshire的死核乐队。乐队成立于2004年，音乐风格混合了death metal 和metalcore，通常被认为是死核-虽然他们在最近的专辑融合了更多的metalcore风格. 　　最初成员是由当地已解散的乐队成员组成。乐队名字是基于电影Pirates of the Caribbean中Jack Sparrow 的台词："Now... Bring me that horizon."稍微改动了词语，用简单的“the”来代替“that”Bring Me the Horizon 作为了官方乐队名。随后签约于 Visible Noise Records。他们第一次签的厂牌是 Thirty Days of Night Records ，那也是该厂牌签的第一支乐队。乐队也签过美国的Epitaph Records和澳大利亚的 Shock Records。过去一段时间他们同Lostprophets (headline), The Blackout; Killswitch Engage (headline) 和The Haunted一同巡演过。在英国的07年3-4月份，他们为metalcore乐队I killed the Prom Queen做压轴表演。他们也在Download Festival 2007 和Iron Maiden, Slayer等其他乐队一同表演。 　　Bring Me the Horizon在 Download Festival 2007表演过。包括在Calgary8月6号中作为 Gym Class Heroes的表演嘉宾。洽谈了新歌 Diamonds Arent Forever。在07年11月份，他们去了澳大利亚的Gigantour，表演了3天。在08年的5/6月份返回出现在 I Killed The Prom Queen的最后巡演上。Bring Me the Horizon 在08年年初开始酝酿他们的第二张录音专辑。4-5月份与redrik Nordstrom（ 曾担任At The Gates, Arch Enemy, I Killed The Prom Queen and Dimmu Borgir的制作）一同在瑞典录制新专辑。08年9月发行新专辑 Suicide Season。完全不同于Count Your Blessings这张专辑。融合了更多metalcore ，类似于 This Is What The Edge Of Your Seat Was Made For。目前正在美国巡演。也出现在08年的Warped Tour上。BMTH也将会和 Mindless Self Indulgence, Incase Of Fire, Black Tide ， Dir En Grey 出现在 Kerrang! 和 Relentless的09英国巡演上。与 Thursday, Cancer Bats, Four Year Strong 和 Pierce the Veil 在 Taste of Chaos 2009北美巡演中。
