趁热圈钱早已经不是什么新鲜事儿了，成功的商人是不会让任何好机会从身边溜走的。作为最近一段时间内最受关注的老牌乐队，Led Zeppelin也是逃不过这一关的。细心的歌迷应该知道，五年前，Atlantic公司曾经发行过一套Led Zeppelin的精选集《Early Days & Latter Days》。拿着同样是2CD、一共收录了23首歌的《Early Days & Latter Days》与这张24首歌的《Mothership》相比，我们会发现，除了唱片的封面以外，其中的绝大多数歌曲都是重复的，只是个别曲目的顺序稍有调整。作为Led Zeppelin的精选，《Dazed And Confused》、《Babe I'm Gonna Leave You》、《Since I've Been Loving You》、《Stairway To Heaven》和《Kashmir》这些经典名曲当然都是必不可少的。
