David Ford is a British singer-songwriter.
Ford has become known for the sheer passion and heart he puts into his songs and performances. He now has a large following in the UK and across North America having released three albums, a number of EPs, a book and toured extensively.
In January 2012 David Ford released his latest ep; the 5 track ‘Austerity Measures’ which went straight to the top of the UK iTunes ‘singer-songwriter’ chart, as has every other David Ford release.
In September 2011 David Ford released both a ‘live’ album recorded in the USA earlier that year entitled ‘New York City LIVE’, and an EP called ‘FORD 4.1′. This was the first of a planned programme of three ep ‘volumes’ released between Fall 2011 and Summer 2012.
David has documented his past 10 years as a professional musician in his book ‘I Choose This – How to Nearly Make it in the Music Industry’. The book was released by ‘the magnolia label’ in May 2011 and Word Magazine declared that it ‘should be made required reading to every student in every fame school across the land’.
