"From The Inside" is a song by the nu metal band Linkin Park. It is the tenth regular track from their 2003 album Meteora.

It was released in Australia and the United States (it was released as download only in the UK) in 2004, as a single.

This song ("From the Inside"), "Figure.09", "Hit the Floor", "Lying From You" , "Don't Stay" and "Faint" are the six songs that mostly have Chester Bennington screaming in them, in the album Meteora. Their debut album Hybrid Theory has five songs which have screaming; namely, "One Step Closer", "Runaway", "By Myself", "A Place for My Head" and "Forgotten". Their third album, Minutes to Midnight, has three songs that feature screaming, and they are "Given Up", "Bleed It Out" and "No More Sorrow".

At the 2:00 mark Chester starts to scream "I won't waste myself on you, you, you, waste myself on you, you, you, I'll take everything from the inside...". This song is equivalent in length to "Lying from You," another Linkin Park track from the album Meteora.
