'Orion' is Ryan Adams' first full-length release since splitting from The Cardinals in March 2009. It is also his first full-length release on his own record label PAX AM. The album was originally recorded in 2006 but released on vinyl May 18, 2010 exclusively through the PAX AM online store. The album also included a bonus 7" single. Artwork for the album was designed by Michel Langevin of Voivod.
