Stephani "SPark." Parker, an extremely talented vocalist and musician whose gifts are out of this world. Born in Gary, Indiana, she began to sing around the house at the age of three. It wasn’t until the age of thirteen that Parker realized that singing was what she wanted to do for the rest of her life. At the age of sixteen, she began to write and produce music. Since then, being the star in all of her high school musicals, she’s gone on to some accomplish really amazing things.
After graduating from Westside High School in the spring of 2001, she enrolled into IU Bloomington (Indiana University) in the fall of 2001. While being there, she became a lead vocalist in ensembles such as Indiana University’s Soul Revue and the African American Chorale Ensemble. In 2003, Parker went to Harlem, New York where she appeared twice on “Showtime At The Apollo.” In 2005, she became the winner of Indiana’s Campus Super Star where she won $5,000. After winning, she used the money to start a thirteen piece corporate band called, “Stephani Parker & Make ‘Em Shake ‘Em R&B Band.” While being the leader of an amazing band musically directed by Lance Tolbert, (now bass player for Mariah Carey), she was working on her debut album named, “Waiting," also produced by Tolbert. Around this time, WGCI, the third largest radio station in the country was putting together a competition named, “Chicago Idol.” Parker entered this competition and took it all! Upon winning the competition, she gained the prize of recording a song with Grammy Award Winner Kanye´ West. After becoming the 2005 Chicago Idol, she released her debut album.
Over the years, she has developed a stage presence that captivates any audience. She has performed with many different artist such as Michael Jackson, Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, Jamie Foxx, Mavis Staples…etc, just to name a few. She’s opened for artists such as Carl Thomas, Rachelle Ferrell, and Grammy Award Winner Chaka Khan. In 2007, after relocating to Atlanta she became the winner of “The Block,” a writing competition that super star producer Dallas Austin put together. She demoed songs for about a year at D.A.R.P. (Dallas Austin Recording Projects). She also performed in Italy with R&B vocalist Keshia Jackson. In 2008, after being invited to sing at Tyler Perry’s house for the opening of his new television studio, later that night, she celebrated something of her own; her cd release, where she released her sophomore album titled, “If It’s Jammin’.”

In 2009 Stephani Parker became the lead vocalist, arranger, and choreographer for the hottest Corporate Band in the World Simply Irresistible. Led by musical director to Tyler Perry, Ronnie Garrett, Parker helped this band catapult themselves straight to the top. She then went on to background work for National recording artists such as Ciara, Avant, Q. Parker from R&B group 112, Carl Thomas, and Tahj Mowry to name a few. She then went to Japan with Teddy Riley and R&B group Guy to do background work for them as well. After a brief stay in Japan, Parker then went on to perform for three months at the Sheraton Addis Hotel/Resort in Addis Ababa Ethiopia. Before leaving for Africa, Parker found time to drive back home to Gary, Indiana (also birthplace of The King of Pop Michael Jackson) and put on a free tribute concert at (the highschool of The Jackson 5), Roosevelt Highschool. Parker and her producer Herman (P-Nut) Johnson (producer for countless Tyler Perry movies like: "Diary of a Mad Black Woann", and "I Can Do Bad All By Myself", to name a few, drove for over 10 hours to perform for over 1100 high school students to celebrate the life of Michael Jackson.
